Biography
Prabhati Mukherji is working Over 29 years of combined clinical, teaching, administrative, Business development and research experience in Ophthalmology. MS Ophthalmologist by training /practice, with added qualifications in Pediatric and community ophthalmology she joined Syneos Health in 2018 as medical monitor in Ophthalmology and also served to support catalyst site initiatives in India as Medical monitor Ophthalmology at Syneos, Therapeutic Area Expertise Phase I,II,III,IV Studies in Retina ,Dry eye disease , Glaucoma and pediatric rare disease. Prior to entering the pharmaceutical industry she served as Clinical head Ophthalmology at various charitable and corporate hospitals in India. She managed various community Ophthalmology projects in India for NGOs and INGOs including WHO, Sight Savers, Orbis International, Christian Blinden mission. She contributed to startup of eye care facility chain in India (> 35 Eye hospitals in India) by managing business operations, practice acquisitions, recruitment of Ophthalmologists and support staff. She is a Faculty member at Government aided Medical College in India. She is the Board Member in national and international Community Ophthalmology Charities and Reviewer for PhD Thesis for Optometry students in North India.
